I've included several ways to contact me. The most expedient way to get an appointment is to click on the "Fast & Easy Online Scheduling" link to your left. Then click on the bold, blue link that says "Check Availability and Schedule My Appointment"

For questions not answered  in my website,  or to cancel your appointment more than two days in advance, contact me by e-mail.  If you accept text messages on your mobile phone for session reminders or responses to brief questions, please provide me with the name of your mobile carrier (i.e. Sprint) and I will text you from my PC. 

 If you require a call back, please unblock your phone. I will not return phone calls or text after 9:00 pm unless you specifically say how late I can contact you by phone or text. ER Instructions are provided on the Links and Resource page.
